Bluevara uses an enquiry-based booking process. Send your dates, guest numbers and preferred property. We review availability and the relevant terms with you before confirmation.
The current Bluevara destination is Marina Al Alamein on Egypt’s North Coast. Additional destinations may be added in the future.
Subject to availability, BLUEVARA Sicily Gold and BLUEVARA Venice are neighbouring ground-floor residences in Marina, each with its own separate private garden.
Check-in is from 1:30 PM and check-out is by 9:00 AM.
Yes. The refundable security deposit is EGP 3,000 and is returned after the property is handed back in the agreed condition.
Bookings are available to married couples and eligible family groups only. Unmarried couples and mixed groups cannot be accommodated.
For BLUEVARA Sicily Gold and BLUEVARA Venice, Wi-Fi is an optional paid service at EGP 70 per day with an allowance of 45 GB per day.
Payment arrangements are confirmed directly before finalisation and may include InstaPay or bank transfer. Private bank details are never published on the website.
For cancellation more than 45 days before arrival, EGP 4,500 is deducted as a remarketing/re-advertising charge and the remaining eligible deposit is refunded. Within 45 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Where applicable, Bluevara arranges the formal Marina rental permit in the guest’s name before arrival. The current owner-supplied permit fee is EGP 550, subject to applicable Marina procedures.
