Plain-language booking terms for Bluevara stays.
Bookings are available to married couples and eligible family groups only. Unmarried couples and mixed groups cannot be accommodated. Additional unregistered guests are not permitted. Pets are not permitted.
Check-in is from 1:30 PM. Check-out is by 9:00 AM.
A refundable security deposit of EGP 3,000 applies and is refunded after the property is returned in the agreed condition.
A reservation deposit of one night or more may be required depending on the dates and length of stay. The balance is paid by the agreed arrangement, typically around arrival.
For applicable Marina stays, the rental permit is prepared in the guest’s name before arrival. The current owner-supplied fee is EGP 550 and procedures are subject to Marina requirements.
Guests are expected to return the property in the same general condition. Bedroom doors should remain closed while air conditioning is operating. Garden irrigation may run approximately between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM, so clothing and towels should not be left where sprinklers can reach them. An outdoor tap is available for rinsing heavy beach sand before entering bathrooms.
Normal property consumption for electricity, water and cooking gas is covered as part of the stay. This should not be interpreted as unlimited or abnormal consumption.
